I’m Ewa, a certified baby and child sleep consultant with over 10 years of experience working with families in London.
Just like you, I am a parent, mother to one energetic little 4-year-old, Ethan. My day-to-day life is split between helping families and taking care of my own. We love the outdoors, and delicious food, and have lots of giggles and laughter.
I originally come from Poland and have been working and living in the UK for the past 15 years, where my passion for supporting children’s development and their parents has taken root and has led me to what my profession is today.
I’m here to help you add more hours back to your sleep schedule and to empower you to transform your sleep without the need to cry it out. I use gentle, caring, and easy-to-digest methods, that anyone can employ.
I have worked over a decade with children in the early years of education, performing a wide range of roles, including key teacher, nursery manager, and area manager in London.
I am a caring and easy-to-talk person, that holds no prejudice. My sleep approach is kind, gentle, responsive, and attachment-based. I don’t believe there is a ‘one size fits all’ approach to help with children’s sleep. I create customized sleep plans based on your family’s needs, your child’s age and personality, plus your parenting style.
Over time, I have gained experience in the children’s development, baby brain and attachment, and parent psychology domains.
I have come to recognize that every family has a unique story and different challenges in their daily life. My job is to help them resolve their sleep-related issues, without feeling any guilt or shame.
We work together as a united team, putting our knowledge together of the situation, and solving the issues that arise.
You will be equipped with long-lasting tools, and a step-by-step plan, that will give you the confidence to reclaim your family’s restful nights.

You might have already found out, just like I did, that information about supporting your child’s sleep is very confusing! There is not a lot of it, and much of what is found is not supported by evidence. You need solutions that bring long-term wins, that get to the root of the problem and are tailored to your specific situation.
I used to feel the same way. Going through sleep deprivation and a ton of challenges, I became inspired to further study the science of sleep. As such, the idea of becoming a sleep consultant was born. The goal is to help families in the fight towards a healthy relationship with their children, and their sleep.
Qualified as a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant at The Sleep Nanny Academy, I have since continuously sought to uplevel my knowledge and skills in order to better serve the families I work with. I have adopted the “forever student” mentality, and have seen it change the lives of countless families, including my own.
I feel truly honored to be able to be a part of your parenting journey, and I am confident that together we can plan and execute strategies that will get your family’s sleep back on track.
