Get Sleep

More sleep for your family

I understand what you’re going through.
I know the nights are the hardest.

Does it take too long to put the little one to sleep? Does he only fall asleep in a certain way, after a long ritual? And even if his demands are met, he will still wake you up at 10 pm, 1 am, or 3 am, and by the time 5:30 am rolls up, he is fully awake and you are drained. Does this situation sound familiar?

Maybe he’s suffering from separation anxiety at bedtime. Does he visit your bed at night, keeping himself and you far away from a good night’s sleep?

The following day demands a ton of understanding, patience, creativity, and drive from you. And most probably after a full night like that, you can barely pull yourself together.

You know it’s not your fault, or the little one’s. Even knowing that you might not have a clue how to fix the situation.

Every family is unique, and every little champion has his own habits. That’s why it’s very important to develop a proper strategy with a professional, customized to your own needs.

I believe we can solve these issues together, regain your energy, bring back family balance, and create a long-lasting peace between yourself, your baby, and your lives together.

After working together, you will:

  • Know how to manage early waking

  • Be able to put your baby down awake in the cot without tears, rocking, or feeding at bedtime

  • Have a peaceful bedtime routine for your toddler or preschooler without challenges

  • Have the confidence and knowledge needed in managing future developmental transitions

  • Get your evenings back so you have time for yourself and your partner

  • Begin a new chapter of  your family’s life, filled with harmony and good energy

  • Respond calmly to situations

  • Have more energy and feel productive and creative again

  • Get longer stretches of sleep at night

  • Enjoy the small moments of watching your little one growing and developing

“Sleep training has been the best decision I made as a parent. Ewa directed me through a bespoke program that suited my daughter’s temperament and helped her transition from co-sleeping to cot-sleeping! Not only will she support you in getting your baby to sleep independently, but she will also teach you so much about the science of baby sleep, leaving you to confidently support your baby in the future as their sleep will inevitably change with their development …”

“I was confused about how to help my Baby better with his sleeping. We did not have a set routine, and I was unsure of how to even start. Ewa’s helped us stick to a routine and also made sure only to suggest ideas aligned with our lifestyle and parenting preferences. I am super grateful to her for helping us build our naptime and bedtime routine for our 11-month-old Baby. Antonio finally learned to sleep on his own in his bed without being rocked or breastfed …”

Frequently asked questions

Sleep consulting is an unregulated industry therefore I put a lot of attention to continuously up-level my skills.

I am Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant; I completed my certification with The Sleep Nanny Academy. After completing the academy I have also attended additional trainings as a part of my professional continuous development like for example I am licensed by National The Sleep Charity to run ‘Sleep Tight’ workshops for parents.

My background is in Early Years Education where I started my career as a Key teacher in the nurseries and throughout the years progressing to become Area Manager for the group of nurseries in London.

As a nursery educator , I saw lots of tired families who needed guidance and support with a difficult challenge and being in a sleep crisis so I decided to take a professional certification in sleep consulting to help families.

My methods incorporate:

  • My early years education training in child development, baby brain and attachment theory, behavior management supporting children with special educational needs
  • The most current research on children and sleep plus gentle sleep strategies
  • My experience in working with children and families for over a decade

I do not believe in letting children to ‘cry-it-out’ alone. My approach is designed to minimize crying as much as possible and allowing your child to learn new sleep skills while offering plenty of love and support all the way long.

Babies and children are little living humans and it is never easy to predict how the child react to changes in a bedtime routine and this is where my follow-up support comes in guiding you through all the turns and situations your little one may throw at you.

Leaving a child to cry is a very different scenario that child crying in a loving parent’s arms who can offer comfort and support to children at any age.

I work with babies, toddlers and children up to the age 7.

I also help parents of newborn babies 0-5 months to help shape the sleep in the right direction while understanding sleeping longer stretches at night is not possible until the age around 5-6 months.

That depends a lot on you and your little ones personality!

Consistency in following your sleep plan is the most important factor. Consistency not only promotes a steady, secure and dependable environment but also gives your child clear messages.

Every child is unique and depending on personality and age some children can take a little time while others need a little bit more to adjust to changes. Most babies and children are able to sleep well or better in 3 to 5 nights. It also depends what is your urgency and capacity and complexity of your situation. Some families may need complex plan that is broken down into slow and graduate plan. During your consultation, we will discuss what is the best scenario for your family and how you will support your child in learning new skills in a loving and responsive way.

When working with families, we always work together towards completing the sleep plan within two weeks however you will have a confidence and the tools to finish the plan by yourself in case our 2-week period consultation is completed.

I put a lot of effort in after care when working with families and believe that parents must have all the knowledge and tools to confidently support their children’s sleep at any ages.

Having in mind children’s development and how many changes and progressions they go through not only in the first year of their life but in the whole early childhood and adding up colds, coughs, teething, holidays and more, I totally understand that they may be some events when the sleep goes off track.

For this reasons I decided to add to my Closing Call Consultations an exclusive addition called ‘Sleep Stays on Track’ that will give you an overview what to expect in your child’s future sleep and development as well my recommendations on how to handle any bumps on the road to great sleep.

Yes! Thankfully to the technology I am able to support families all around the world via ZOOM application.

I organize regular face to face workshops for parents in Essex and London however if you are organization interested in running one of my face to face events in your town or country then please contact me directly to discuss.

Due to a nature of the business I do not accept refunds once the consultation period has began and a happy and satisfied family is at the center of everything I do while working with them.
